The FCF Fun Run

Our first FCF Fun Run was a fun way to start the week!

Those who attended were treated with a 4 or 2+ mile run with exercises and obstacles along the way!

for max reps:
tabata press, 40/25kg

then

7 rounds for time:
100m farmer's walk, 40/25kg
30 situps
20 over-the-box jumps, 24/20"

Farmer's walks are to be done with a total of the prescribed weight, ex: two 20/12kg kettlebells, etc.

Post total reps and time to whiteboard!
