20 knees-to-elbows
15 shoulder-to-overhead
30 knees-to-elbows
20 shoulder-to-overhead
40 knees-to-elbows
25 shoulder-to-overhead
50 knees-to-elbows
Shoulder-to-overhead can be a press, push press, push jerk, split jerk, rack jerk, snatch balance, etc. Post results to whiteboard.
