20 kettlebell lunges
15 kettlebell situps
10 kettlebell push press (L)
10 kettlebell push press (R)
5 pistols (L)
5 pistols (R)
Athlete's choice with kettlebell load. Must finish all reps on designated side before switching. Post results to whiteboard!
