Nice... I think there is something to say about having total confidence in what you are about to do. This is all normal training for him, but he has no doubt about any of it. He jerks it like there is no doubt he will get it. Flawless victory

54kg on c&j -- I'm really enjoying the shackle complex! Weight felt solid today and could have added a little more weight but I wanted to work more on form.
