Having completely active shoulders helps stabilize the bar overhead in the 'snatch squat'.
Also: shrugging the sh!t up while you try to break the bar apart makes it more efficient.

Also, those hips stretches that were taught today are brutally awesome!
I don't think this was a PR, although I haven't done Nancy since arriving in Seattle. 17:29 Rx.
The runs were absolute murder. I got through all my OHS unbroken. Time to work on the running more.
Oh and I got to floss my hips 3 times Monday night. Felt really good today.
