did the bent over row at 40kg. i did the 500m rows in 1:39, 1:41, 1:41. i was on a 1:34/35 pace for the first 300-350m then crashed a bit. the rows made me feel like i wanted to throwup.

post wod i worked on kipping pullups with tony and jeremiah. learned the technique and broke down the movement which helped. i did get one that felt great. just need to practice and i know one day it will just click. thanks guys.
