bench press 3RM

then

"Death By" Sumo-Deadlift High-Pull, 40/25kg.

With a continuously running clock, do 1 SDHP the first minute, 2 SDHP the second, 3 SDHP the third, etc, continuing as long as you are able. You can use as many sets each minute as needed. When you cannot complete the required amount of reps for the minute your workout is over.

Your score is the number of minutes completed.
