A fun drill that requires the hand balancer to push up against a force- it helps align all parts of the body into the proper "stack".

for 10 minutes:
30-second handstand
30-second rest
then
max reps in 2 minutes:
- slam ball, 20/10#
- box jumps, 24/18"
- broad jumps, 6/4'

Joint preparation is a subject gymnasts take very seriously because they put themselves in positions we couldn't fathom. Ask this guy how much pressure is going through his elbows:

Handstands getting more stable, but can't do full 30sec yet. I should have tried much faster on box jump. 110rx.
