as many reps as possible in 2 minutes for each exercise:

  • double unders
  • kettlebell swings, 24/16kg
  • clapping pushups
  • handstand pushups
  • clapping pushups
  • kettlebell swings, 24/16kg
  • double unders

There is a 1 minute rest after each exercise. Kettlebell swings are done Russian-style.
