Our INTENSIVES are hour-long sessions where we improve your proficiency in a specific skill or learn more about a specific subject. These classes occur three times a week (same subject each class): Tuesday at 6:30pm, Thursday at 10am and 6:30pm. We will post the subject on the Friday before.
The entire month of July will be dedicated to basic and intermediate gymnastics (centering on tumbling).
This includes general "floor exercise" as well as still rings:
