If you're interested in participating in the January program you need to be in attendance. We'll be discussing goals and programs.
- 5 minutes of 10 one-arm swings
- 5 minutes of 5 snatches
- 5 minutes of 5 clean & press
- 5 minutes of 10 one-arm swings
No prescribed weights- we value the technique before load or speed.
