STRENGTH & TECHNIQUE
every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:
(even) 3 snatches
(odd) 1 at-the-knee power snatch + 1 snatch-grip push press + 1 overhead squat
then
every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:
(even) 3 at-the-knee cleans
(odd) 1 low-hang power clean + pause front squat + pause jerk
