GYMNASTICS

play on the rings for 15 minutes

Try to hit the same sequences you hit on Tuesday with better positioning, deliberate transitioning, and the static holds.

CONDITIONING

as many reps as possible in 5 minutes:
1 squat clean, 70/50kg
1 jerk, 70/50kg
