STRENGTH
back squat 3x5
CONDITIONING
EMOM for 12 minutes:
power snatch + hang snatch
then
AMRAP in 8 minutes:
10 alternating pistols
5 cast wall walks

Be in control! Those at the higher levels of lifting can control maximal load lifts from going crazy!
