STRENGTH

3 sets, max reps of bamboo bar

CONDITIONING

5 rounds for max reps:
1 minute bench press
3 minutes double unders

Go 70% of bench press 1RM. Racking the bar ends your set. Rest as necessary between sets. Post score to whiteboard.
