2 minutes max double unders
then
4 rounds for time:
5 L-pullups
10 weighted situps, 10/5kg
15 situps
20 forward back hops
25 lateral hops
After the 2 minutes of jump rope go directly into the workout. The weight will sit on your chest in the weighted situp. You'll jettison the weight and move into normal ab-mat situps. Both the forward-back and lateral hops will be performed over your ab-mat. F+B = 1 rep, and L+R = 1 rep.
