for time:
1 mile run
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 squats
1 mile run
If you have a 20# weight vest, wear it. Running a mile starts and ends the workout. Partition the reps of the pullups, pushups, and squats as needed. A good strategy is doing a 20-round "CINDY". compare to 26FEB2010. Post time to whiteboard.

This past weekend was the 2012 Regionals. The Top 3 finishing Individual Men, Individual Women, and Teams would be heading down to Carson in July for the Reebok CrossFit Games.
