You must pass through a full squat and reach full extension of the legs, hips, shoulders and arms for a legit thruster. The preWOD stretch done yesterday would also be perfect before this bad mama.

today was not good. struggled the entire way through fran. had to drop the weight on the thrusters and was still a couple minutes slower than my previous time. i hate having off days. anyone else have an off day?
post wod, rhino brought up a youtube video of someone completing fran in 1:53...pretty sick, yet inspiring.

Even though I've had really spotty attendance since the September Fran, I still knocked 2 min off my time! I think my increased confidence in the movements and encouragement from the class was the motivation to kick some ass. It feels great!
